The Kairos Psychological, P.C. therapists are: Dr. Karen Baumstark, Dr. Vanessa Laskowski, Dr. Michelle Woidneck Kieffe, Dr. Kevin Berryman, and Amanda Birkland,  Our providers are trained in individual therapy, couples and relationship counseling, and family appointments to help you and your most valued relationships.

Karen Baumstark, Ph.D. is also equipped to provide services as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.

Selecting a therapist is an important, personal decision.

All of the providers at Kairos Psychological, P.C. have extensive experience and training. Our therapists provide consultations, and couples, family, group, and individual therapy for all age groups.  We want to make sure you find the best fit for you.

 

Experienced therapists.

Whichever provider you choose, your Kairos therapist has numerous years of experience and post-graduate training.  Each of us specialize in different areas, and we can consult with each other for more strategies or medications that can individualize therapy to your preferences.

 

Confidential.

Your appointments are confidential.  Your therapist has their own system for scheduling and taking notes.  Our 24-hour voice mail system will also allow you to leave a detailed, private message for your therapist whenever you need.

 

Convenient.

Our hours are flexible and convenient. Meet with your therapist where and when it works best for you, whether that’s in person or via telehealth, and during the weekdays or evenings. Select appointments may be available on Saturdays.

Kairos Psychological, P.C. provides psychotherapy for all clients in an environment where you’ll feel safe and comfortable working through challenges – however large or small – at the pace that is right for you.
